How do I create a mailbox?
Choose a domain
Open Domains and select your domain.Add a mailbox
Choose whether it is a user or a group mailbox, enter the address name and a display name. For a user mailbox, set a password.Add members (groups)
For a group, select which user mailboxes are members.
Why can't I create more mailboxes?
If you have no plan, the plan has expired or you reached your limit, the app asks you to pick a plan or upgrade. You can buy extra mailboxes or change plan. Storage per mailbox follows your plan.
How do I edit or remove a mailbox?
Open the mailbox in Email accounts to edit its details, reset a user mailbox password, change group members or delete it.
