Using TuskMail: Group emails in Settings

Where are my group emails?

Settings > Group emails lists the group addresses your mailbox is a member of, with their picture and whether their footer is on. If you are in no group, the page says so. Business owners pick which mailbox to look at first.

How do I set a group picture?

  1. Open the group

Select the address in Settings > Group emails.
  2. Pick the Picture tab

Choose, drop or paste (Ctrl+V) an image, then crop it.
  3. Save

Other TuskMail users see this picture next to mail sent from the group address.

Open the Footer tab. It works like your own footer, including custom HTML and CSS designs. The group footer is added when anyone sends as the group address, instead of their personal footer.

Who can change these settings?

Members of the group, the business owner and billing managers can change the picture and footer. Only the business owner and billing managers can change forwarding for a group.
