Getting started

To start, create a business account in the web app, verify your email with a code, then add your domain and create mailboxes. Adding a domain is free; mailboxes need a plan.

Using TuskMail: Getting started

How do I sign up?

  1. Open the web app

    Go to https://app.tuskmail.africa/signup.

  2. Account

    Enter your work email and choose a password.

  3. About you

    Enter your full name, optionally your company, your country and a phone number. The phone is used for billing receipts and account security.

  4. Verify

    We send a verification code to your email. Enter it to finish.

What do I do after signing up?

  1. Add your domain and publish the DNS records.
  2. Pick a plan so you can create mailboxes.
  3. Create user and group mailboxes.
  4. Open a mailbox in the inbox, or sign in on the mobile app.

Where can I use TuskMail?

In the browser at https://app.tuskmail.africa, in the mobile apps, or in other email apps over IMAP and SMTP (see connect other apps). The web app is light by default; you can switch to dark in Settings > Appearance.
