How do plans work?
Each plan has a mailbox limit, storage per mailbox, and prices for the periods it is sold for (for example monthly, 3 months or yearly). See current plans on the pricing page; the live prices at checkout apply.
How do I get more mailboxes?
Buy extra mailboxes for the rest of the current period, or change to a bigger plan. A plan change is prorated with credit for unused time. You cannot move to a plan below your current usage.
What happens if I don't renew?
A late subscription becomes past due and keeps working for a 14-day grace period. After that it expires and your domains are blocked until payment.
How do coupons work?
Enter a code at checkout. A coupon may take a percentage off, a fixed KES amount off, or add trial days. It can be limited to some plans, expire, and be used once per business. The Starter plan has a 7 days free trial.
How do I pay?
Choose M-Pesa or card in the app. After payment the status updates automatically. Each payment gets an invoice and a receipt, which you can print or save as PDF from your browser. Only KES is charged for now.
